This tells you what we collect, why, and who sees it.
Who we are
Growvelop is run by Francis Monkam Tassi, ABN 68 346 065 524.

Use it to ask what we hold about you, to fix it, or to complain.
What we count without knowing who you are
We count each step by date, by where the link came from, and by the business type you chose.
For example: a page visit, a kit made, a text copied.
We do not save your name, your kit answers or your IP address in this count.
Our page sets no cookies.
It uses your browser's session storage, so a refresh does not count you twice.
That clears when you close the tab.
Our hosting provider sees your IP address, because it delivers the page to you.
What we keep if you ask for a call
Only if you press "Request a free 15 minute call" and send the form.
We keep:
- your name
- one way to reach you, an email or a mobile number
- your business name, if you give it
- how you found us, if you say
- where the link came from, and the business type you chose
- the time of your request
- whether you ticked the box for follow-up messages, when, and the wording you saw
Why we collect it
To arrange the call you asked for.
If you tick the optional box, we may also send you follow-up messages about it.
You can say STOP at any time. We stop straight away.
If you do not give us these details, we cannot arrange a call.
The kit works without them.
Who sees it
- Us. A message with your details goes to our phone through Telegram.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which stores the database.
- Telegram, which keeps that message in our chat.
We do not sell your details. We do not give them to anyone else.
Overseas
Cloudflare and Telegram are based in the United States.
They may store or handle your details outside Australia.
We asked for our database to sit in the Oceania region.
Cloudflare treats that as a preference, not a guarantee.
How long we keep it
We delete a call request 90 days after it arrives, unless the person becomes a client.
TODO-CONFIRM Francis sets Telegram auto-delete to 1 month, then this line stays: Messages in our Telegram chat delete themselves after 1 month.
